How to wash

Maintaining your Neo Hyphen kit is like looking after a relationship, show it kindness, shower it with love and occasionally give it hugs and kisses. Just kidding, please treat your garments with the best care and follow the below recommendations:

 

  • Avoid contact with abrasive surfaces like velcro, wood or concrete
  • Hand wash or delicate machine wash in cold water only (<30°C)
  • Rinse off all soil before washing
  • Wash cycling kit separately from regular clothes
  • Wash inside out. Close all zipper and velcro
  • Avoid soaking for long periods of time
  • Use high-quality detergent
  • Do not use fabric softeners, dry clean, or bleach
  • Hang dry, do not tumble dry
  • Do not iron unless on low heat (Max 110°C).

     Within South Africa 

    Neo Hyphen offers country wide shipping across South Africa through our Courier partner, Fastway. Our standard shipping rate is R100 however in certain situations our shipping charges may be slightly higher as a result of a customers unique location. In this situation Neo Hyphen will email you to let you know what your correct shippings rates will be. Our orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of receiving and will be delivered to your door within 1 to 3 working days.



    Outside South Africa 

    Neo Hyphen offers international shipping to customers in the United States, Europe and the United Kingdom through our logistics partner, Solufreight and our Courier partners FedEx and DHL. Our international shipping rates are automatically calculated for you at checkout based on your location settings. Our orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of receiving unless we require additional information, in this case our team will reach out to you. Express and International Priority shipping is delivered to your door within 1 to 6 working days.

     

    Local Taxes and Duties 

    Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up - do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
