Returns & refunds

STRICTLY NO REFUNDS on items purchased on sale (Please note using a discount code does not count as a sale item, only if the product is already marked down on the site). If an item is to be returned you need to have all the original packaging, labels, etc intact and still on the item. All items must be clean, unworn, unwashed, unused. Customers wishing to exchange merchandise must contact NEO- within 7 days of receiving the parcel for an authorization number. Please note all garments go through a double quality check process before being sent to the customer. NEO- is not liable for damages once the item is received and/or worn.

The customer is responsible for all shipping charges. Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable. If you have received an incorrect order, everyone makes mistakes, shipping charges will be refunded. Please note if the customer wears their received incorrect order garment this voids exchange. The pictures of the products may vary slightly in colour or look. NEO- will not grant refunds or returns if the customer feels the product does not look exactly like that in the picture.

Should you need to exchange or return your items for a refund. This will be done at the customer's cost.
